Have you ever rescued an animal? If so, you completely get all the feels of the before and after photos from Tyson’s Chance. And how adopting an animal in need can make all the difference.

Meet STERLING.

Sterling was barely hanging on when Tyson’s Chance found out about him. His sarcoptic mange that had been neglected for years had him near death. He was surrendered by his owner at a shelter in Mt. Sterling, KY.  Even though his fate was grim, Tyson’s Chance did not give up on him. His recovery was shocking. He made a 100% recovery in about 6 months and is now living life with a loving family.

Each month Solstice Dental focuses on a new charity to support. This month, Solstice’s adopt a charity is Tyson’s Chance Animal Foundation. For every new patient that comes into our practice we will be donating a portion of the proceeds to this wonderful rescue. Consider scheduling an appointment.

Tyson’s Chance is a 501(c)(3) no- kill animal rescue that gives a chance to all breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments. Their primary focus is the rescue of special needs animals. They provide exceptional care for companion animals in need prior to finding them safe and loving homes. Tyson’s Chance also offers low cost spay/neuter programs and education for the public by providing access to services that will encourage responsible pet ownership.

Tyson’s Chance has so many ways to get involved. You can donate, volunteer or adopt. Did you know that Tyson’s Chance has a one hour volunteer opportunity? Even the busiest of bees can donate one hour to make a difference. The program is called:

This program allows you to make a difference in a dog’s life one hour at a time while they are awaiting their “furever” home. Whether you want to cuddle, walk or even go for a run with a pup in the program, there is a pup waiting for you to come hang out.

Tyson’s Chance says: “This is a great opportunity to be involved in our life-saving mission even if you are short on time or unable to foster or adopt. Our dream is that each of our dogs will have a person who comes to visit them once a week.”

If you are interested in joining ‘1 Hour 1 Dog,” please send an e-mail to volunteertcaf@gmail.com to get started!
