German Bazan, DMD

Born in Cuba and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, Dr. German Bazan has always felt a deep connection to the local community. After graduating from the University of Louisville Dental School in 2018, Dr. Bazan spent 5 years practicing in Cincinnati, Ohio where he gained extensive experience and provided exceptional care to his patients. Dr. Bazan returned to Louisville in 2024, excited to be back and reconnect with the community he calls home, as well as be closer to his family. He is dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized dental care to every patient he serves.

Dr. Bazan is married to his wonderful wife and together they are the proud parents of their 2 year old son, Sebastian. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, exploring the outdoors, and discovering new places around the city.
